It’s going to be a zoological spring and summer! Between two different operas—Gary S. Fagin’s Jumping Mouse (World Premiere) and Richard Ayres’s The Cricket Recovers (US Premiere)—I’ll be playing a wolf, a mouse, and an elephant. Check out my events page for all the furry details!
Other upcoming concerts include a reprise of Sir John Stainer’s Good Friday meditation, The Crucifixion, at Brick Presbyterian Church; a recital with my pianist friend Peiharn Chen in May; and two concert tours with sounding light, led by the incomparable Tom Trenney.
Sneak Peek: while dates haven’t been solidified yet, in November, I’ll be joining my friend Liz Bouk for a run of Laura Kaminsky’s, Mark Campbell’s, and Kimberly Reed’s incredible opera, As One. Liz and I have already begun diving into the music (he performed the role last month in Texas, so now I’m playing catch-up!), and the process has been so rewarding already.
